Lovely !! Being a dedicated non-vegetarian , was slightly skeptical about opting for a full vegetarian buffet- even without onion & garlic. Turns out, I have just had one of the best buffets ever. Each and every item was fresh and delectably tasty. As a foodie, I could realize that these guys take a lot of care to make the food tasty. The key to any dish is balance and the Chef/Chefs at Sattvam excel at balance. The Makai shorba, the beetroot cutlet, the veg wonton, the dal makhni, the lemon rice, desserts, the mind blowing thandai – everything was superb !! And great service too. The elderly Gentleman called Mandal was going to every table and politely enquiring about the food- speaks volumes about their dedication. A tad expensive – but definitely worth it. I would surely be back 🙂 The paan on dry ice was surprisingly good .
Amazing food, quite efficient service, elegant place. Its been a revelation. All items are pure veg. Super tasty starters, main course despite made w/o onion, garlic.Lots of options, very good choice for pure vegetarians, non vegetarians alike. Super packed but they managed the crowd well and there is so much space that you wont feel cramped even when all tables are full. Reservation is a must as its a popular one.
Finally had a chance to visit Sattvam. We ordered a Diwali Buffet!!They had a splendid variety of vegetarian dishes, chaats, desserts. Be prepared before you enter the place. One need to have great appetite to fill in all their dishes.

Sometimes in life the simple gives you a great feeling and this restaurant definitely do justice to this line. They have very simple food with great varitites cooked without onion and garlic.The taste of every item in the menu is just phenomenal and actually tastes better(Without onion and garlic).This place is a must try for everyone.This place remains completely packes on weekend so plan accordingly.
Best Vegetarian buffet restraunt in Whitefield!I am short on words to review this place. It’s located on the busiest area of Whitefield road. It has plethora of options to choose from. Their creativity in terms of serving food was just brilliant. The food tasted like heaven. I absolutely loved everything.Special mention to Daal makhani. I am a North Indian and it’s very hard to find that perfect Daal makhani but this place has it.Must try !Bonne Appetite
