Had to cancel a bulk order after these guys accepted an order where the most ordered item was was out of stock. They only bothered to inform me after the Zomato vallet reached the restaurant to pick the order up which was easily 20-25 minutes after accepting the order.

worst experience, the executive was so rude that he couldn’t track ordetge order has been given to someone else and he told he don’t know about the order and they have such ego that they will get more orders not good and delivery person too.
They always cancel the order after accepting it.very unprofessional.They should update the menu accordingly so that customer’s time should be saved
