Felt cheated when they charged 100 RS for one litre water bottle and when we have asked why it’s 100 they replied MRP is mentioned as 100 RS so the issue is why didn’t you infrom priority basis to customer that you are going to charge 100 bucks.
Stayed and tasted food at this place several times never got disappointed, wonderful breakfast with completely adorable and number of dishes to choose with.

Went to Bhagini Icon at Indiranagar for a buffet breakfast. We found worm in Doughnut. It was baked along with doughnut. To our complaint they responded by saying just a Sorry.
Visiting these guys from the first day of launch and food quality has constantly gone down.As it is next to my work, from being a daily lunch place to visiting only when super hungry, they have messed it big time. Most of the time the food is cold, tasteless and barely available in the serving pots. They only heat/prepare fresh batch when large groups arrive.I sincerely with that you guys improve.
