Ordered for Some Desi Rajasthani Food from This Cloud Kitchen – Cravisthan.As The Name Says It Will Surely Satisfy Your Cravings for Desi Food and You Will Be Wanting More.The Items Which I Ordered Were as Follows:Veg Thali Premium Consisting of Boondi Raita, Plain Steamed Rice, Dal, Paneer Sabzi, Chole Sabzi, 3 Phulkas, Gulab Jamun and SaladDal Rice Bowl – Peas Rice with Caramelized Onions Along with Yellow Dal and Boondi RaitaButtermilk – Dairy Drink with Masala and Finely Chopped Green Chilies.The First Thing That Caught My Attention Was the Packaging of the Food. The Boxes and Plastic Plates Used Were of good quality and the designing of them gave me desi feels.The food really impressed with its taste and quality again.Veg Thali Premium was a complete meal altogether. The portions and items of the thali are well curated. The phulkas in the thali were really soft and reminded me of home. Paneer Sabzi tasted tangy and nice. The chhole sabzi went perfectly with the rice and phulka.Special mention to their Gulab Jamun, which I found to be perfect. It would be great if they gave in some extras too, hahaa…The Dal Rice Bowl was also portioned well. This combination never goes for fail. Though the rice was slightly on the sweeter side, along with dal it tasted well. The rice with peas and onions enhanced the flavours.Boondi Raita was well made too.Last but not the least, the Buttermilk was really thirst quenching and the spices were perfect. Special flavor of the sliced chilies made the buttermilk worthier.Over all my experience was really good and I am surely trying their entire menu.So thinking about authentic food or missing home – Cravisthan is the place to order from.Go try them!!
Rajasthani Cuisine, one of the cuisines boasting of a never ending platter with a plethora of dishes was influenced by the war-torn lifestyle of that region. Most of their dishes are prepared keeping in mind the arid climate and the lack of vegetables grown there.We tried Paneer Butter Masala, Veg Kolhapuri, Onion Missi Roti and Laccha Paratha for dinner. The soft and melt in the mouth Paneer pieces in the generous serving of Butter in the gravy made this the star of the evening. The Vegetable Kolhapuri was equally tasty. The Laccha Paratha and Onion Missi Roti complemented the gravies well. Also, the Chole Bature was very delicious. The Chile itself was very tasty even after finishing the Bature.
