Absolutely delicious sandwiches, seitan is well made and has yummy texture. Hits the spot for a converted vegetarian who craves the taste and texture of meat. The salad was good too. Overall, makes for a nice, nourishing, simple, no-frill meal.
It’s my first time trying seitan, so my expectations were high.Indeed, I was not disappointed and the burger was amazing. I also loved the relishes-hummus and onion vinaigrette. Great vegan options overall for people like me :)If I had to mention the flaws, the most major one would be ambience and service. The place is quite noisy as it is right by the roadside, and the seating could be a bit nicer.Also another staff to act as a server would be nice I suppose.I also wonder there isn’t a dish to showcase the supposed star of the menu- a seitan steak or something would be wonderful.Anyway no complaints about the food, would love to visit again if you expanded your options 🙂

Seitan is the next big food in the non gluten world, if it isn’t already. Given that, I thought this place can be much more than what it currently is.Ordered a sourdough sandwich which was more store bought brown bread. No hint of any sourdough taste. The raw Papaya salad lacked the that Thai zing which makes it what it is.They’ve taken the safe way out when planning their menu when they could have really experimented. Result was the food was so-so and I’d hesitate to go back if they didn’t overhaul the menu. A Pan-Asian addition would be wonderful.The location is spot on and a little more excitement in the menu would be good.What shines is their two-man team who went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Keep that up please
Seitan is basically wheat gluten, full of protein and vegan substitute of meat.. That’s the name suggests.Basically a vegan restaurant with very limited food options and where u can customize ur sandwich. The base to choose from sour dough, pita pocket or burger..The filling would be mostly of seitan, and add on cucumber, onion ,lettuce, tomato..Though u can ask for your own combi..I liked my sandwich with honey mustard sauce and smoked paprika..So for me it’s good but I felt it’s a bit over priced .. As one sour dough sandwich costs me 225 rupees.. And the salad could b lil better..And it’s a very very small place so if you are big group then don’t choose this place , Total seating capacity would not be more than 20..Ambience : 3/5Food : 3.5/5Service : 3/5Value for money : 2.5/5
They have some very filling and sumptuous food. Their portions are appropriate and it’s worth the money. We were two people who visited the place for lunch and we brought our own steel straws for the juice and shake. I recommend to try the food out whether it be vegan or vegetarian.
