Visited Sante Spa on a Thursday afternoon and was quite surprised to see the place packed even on a weekday. Ambience is very good, comfortable seating which is spread out.Coming to the food we ordered the chlorophyll Dimsum, Mushroom with roasted garlic, Tibetan thukpa inspired herbal soup, The Capri pizza and the caramel glazed mud pie. The food on the whole was absolutely delicious. The pizza was ok at best, but that is just my personal bias owing to the fact that I expected a cheese filled pizza at a restaurant that prides itself for healthy and wholesome food.A lot of gluten-free and vegan options available. One of the few places in Bangalore where I do feel that a lot of thought has been put while creating the menu. It’s an exhaustive list and I will definitely be back to try more dishes. Pricing is a tad expensive, but given the quality and taste of the food, I personally have no problems paying the extra buck.Food – 5/5Ambience – 4.5/5Service – 5/5
