This place is located in the road diagonally apposite to the Domlur petrol bunk. Its famous for thatte idlies. The idly is served with orange coconut chutney with lot of flavours which is one of my personal favorites! one thatte idly for morning breakfast is filling. Price of one comes up to ₹20 which is really reasonable. If i think of a healthy, quick breakfast i would go to this place or get a parcel of one!

The red coconut chutney burns fire and eating there since we were in school. OG Domlur breakfast place.
The BEST thatte idli you can ever find. I keep waiting to go there again. The chutney they make is lip smacking. The idli is so soft and big. I don’t think you’ll ever find this good dish anywhere else. Be sure to go check out the place.
3 stars for a hole in the wall that only serves Idli Chutney, and a couple of hot beverages? Yes, the Idli is that good here! Located in a lane off Old Airport Road, Shree Vishnu is as small and unassuming as it gets. If you know it’s here, you’ll find it. Blink and you’ll miss. No frills at all. I’ve been visiting since a decade, and the food is as good as ever! They only serve thatte Idli with a coconut chutney, which is simply delicious! It’s hot all the time too! If you don’t mind squeezing, there is a solitary table you can eat from, I always expertly balance (through practice) it on my hand and eat. There’s coffee and badam milk too. And at 23 Rupees for an idly, I feel it’s value for money. And the place looks clean. I’m glad Shree Vishnu still exists, and I hope it continues to. It’s comforting for old Bangaloreans when some culinary traditions don’t give way to modernity.
