The pizza I got was completely destroyed inside the delivery box.
Ordered a chicken Ceasar salad and Carribean Jerk chicken pizza! Indeed the Pizza turned out to be a jerk! Full of baby corn kernels and cherry tomatoes. The thin crust base was soggy with loaded corn and sauce. Chicken pieces were sufficient though. Pizza was a 2.5/5Salad was 3.5/5Ceasar salad was decent. Maybe it is good to have it at the restaurant than to get it home delivered as the Pizza was a mess. Good last minute resort when you looking for some continental food or salads.
We ordered couple of Italian dishes, which got cancelled by the restaurant, without giving any reason. Upon further enquiry, the no. given for calling the restaurant was busy at first, second time called again and the person says that he is outside, and we need to call the hotel and tell them to connect us with the restaurant. Hights! So we called and the restaurant person says that one of the dishes weren’t available so had to cancel. This could easily have been told to Zomato which could have made us aware of it. Anyway, then ordered second time with new dishes, order got confirmed thankfully and got it delivered in time, but the guy didn’t have a Bill! Great. Just about to eat, we get a call from restaurant saying that they have mistakingly sent all veg dishes instead of the non-veg items! Now what do you say? Speechless! They tell that they’ll deliver the non-veg items separately in 10 min, but the items arrive 20min later, and just FYI we stay less than a kilometre’s distance from the restaurant. As for food quality : Food was good could have some more cheese in the Greek salad, but all such experiences ruin the fun and enjoyment. Don’t think will order from Svenska again. Key points for Zomato and other Restaurants : Do your work with integrity, otherwise your value is Zero, Please don’t keep offers just for the sake of keeping – they should actually be beneficial to the customer, and most importantly, Please provide a Bill when you deliver food.
Quality of service needs to be improved. There was only one server and forgot to serve a few things. Food is good but certain dishes can be improved further especially desserts – Gajar Ka Halwa is not al all good, smells of chemicals and had a weird odor to it, which was off-putting and totally unappetising

Very good ambience. Vegetarian food is awesome in taste and service is awesome and Karan serves very good.Any vegetarians can definitely give a try and complimentary foods served is also good.
