Never ever Buy anything here.(Even if given free beggar also throw this food) Have no other words to tell anymore with my hunger

I can never ever expect a resturant’s service as pathetic as this resturant, I ordered rice n some other stuffs along with it n I was delivered completely cold rice.. just to avoid cold rice due to sore throught n fever which is available in my pg, I ordered it from a resturant expecting it to me hot but wow resturant also delivers cold rice directly out of fridge n zomato is not letting me talk to their executives.. This was the first time n also my last time..
How can a person be friendly and polite in reviewing if he pays extra for a full meal and not even gets a mini. I ordered only white rice and chicken khasa, white rice had an option to customize to half or full, I chose full and what I got was a handful of rice, I am imagining what would be the quantity if I ordered half. Even if the price was higher that’s not a problem, but when you give an option half and full and all people expect something on quantity, I thought a full rice would be adjustable for two and now I have to order once more. This is kind of a fraud menu style. Either remove the customize option from rice and keep full price, don’t give your customers false expectations.
Ordered the house specialty which is Royal Bengal Special (half plate), but it was not up to the mark. The chicken was NOT that fresh. The egg was fresh and good. But there was just one piece of chicken that too very small..
Raw chicken would have better taste than this one.
