This restaurant is situated in Gandhinagar and mainly caters to advocates and office-goers who are predominant in the area. Although being a darshini – the place is kept quite clean. They have provided tables along the wall topped with granite and have also provided chairs. The gulab jamoon was pretty regular. The tomato rice was average. But the ‘khaali dosa’ was terrific. Almost no oil and it felt light on my stomach. Usually dosas from darshinis tend me to put me in a stupor but the khaali dosa with the chutney was terrific. The Sambar they serve in the lunch meal was also terrific. It was thick and tasty instead of just onions in red water that some darshinis usually serve. If you go to an office in the area, I suggest a take out of their ‘tiffin’ items.
