The afternoon Sunday buffet was really very bad. Both in taste as well as service. To refill the items one had to literally wait for more than 15 mins. Hardly any staff to attend you. Give it a big miss. Cold food. Not a lot of variety either. No service of finger bowls too.
Nice place to visit at weekend for lunch, starting with starter’s was tasty with tandoori chicken & fish fry but if it’s served hot it would be more better, in main course roti, chicken curry, biryani were good & coming to dessert thr was carrot alwa, pastries & ice cream was chilled at the end. Overall 4 stars I can give for service, atmosphere & music
The restaurant is placed on the 7th floor that allows one to have a decent view of the surrounding place through its glass walls. However, the service was pathetic. None of the staff catered to us for the first 5minutes. Time is precious especially when you have a flight to board in 2hours. We tried to grab the attention of the waiters but they just kept passing the buck. After a good 5minutes we had one waiter to take our order so we ordered all the courses at once. The service was really slow. The fish tikka and chicken chilly arrived before the water melon juice and the lemon juice. There was no sign of the iced tea until we asked and were told that it isn’t available. Also, i was offered a lemon soda and not juice, clear sign of carelessness. The chicken clear soup was bland and there were no sauces at the table that could be added to the food. The butter chicken was loaded with sweetness. Everything seemed over the place, I was quite disappointed. The ambience is average. The only best part is their Gold membership, can be redeemed on all types of dishes.
Extremely disappointing. They refused to honour the buy 1 get 1 for Zomato gold. The quality and variety has dropped badly. AC was not working. Ambience was bad.
Polite in customer service and on time food serving for the customers. Good food. Good offers other than Zomato Gold for drinks. Chicken Burger is awesome, fried rice is good.
The Thai Green Curry was amazing. One of the better Thai curries I’ve tasted. The manager was really very polite and patient. The Singaporean noodles was really great too. The ambience was quiet and peaceful. Overall, a really nice experience.
