Personalised service given by mr.pattanaik and mr.Anil.He suggested to try wine along with pomfret really that was superb thanks to service team
Every time I plan for Mysore, I land up selecting this hotel to stay.I have known this place for about 4years now and their food quality has been very good.The breakfast buffet spread is good.This time I felt the service quality had gone down. Thumbs Up The poori and the Aloo SabjiThe crispy vadaThe pista milk shakeThe stuffed parathaBakery items. Thumbs DownOmelet, The omelet cheese and onion one which I ordered was too bad.Service, Requested multiple times, but did not get the food and tea from live counters.
Let me just get straight to the point I would have given a better rating had the service been good.It was utterly slow ,the cutlery and plates took forever to arrive on the table.The glass was not clean apparently it was a used glass which the replaced .To compensate that the served us free dessert but I dont think it validates any kind of minimum hygiene.Anyway the spread if the buffet was good. But by the time almost every platter was empty thus I was served on the table of whatever I wanted.My husband ordered a mutton biryani which was not bad either.Hope they improve on the service will definitely visit again then.
We first went to the roof top restaurant which had so limited menu and unattractive view (all I cud see was water tank of the hotel) we decided to shift to Oriental which was the Chinese restaurant there. Veg food over all was bad. Service pathetic soooo slow even though we were the only people there. I had ordered for mojito and even after reminding them 3ice I still got it an hour late. Overall experience – bad
