Walked into the place expecting the food to be okay-ish. Was pleasantly surprised to find it rather tasty. The non-veg meal came with 2 pieces of Kalmi Kebab, Chicken gravy, Roti, Rice, Dal, Rasam & two desserts (Shahi Tukda & Ice cream), All for Rs. 125.The host was rather pleasant. He came up to the table and even apologized for the wait (which wasn’t too long btw). Would surely recommend a visit!
We ordered(veg only):Carrot and coriander soup – tasty soup with a nice garlic-y flavorPaneer shahi korma – no distinct taste. A little too bland.Dal makhani – one of the best dal makhani I’ve had in a long timeAll breads well cookedService was ok. The finger bowl water was not even lukewarm; cold rather.Ambience was decent, comfy.
On my bookmarks for a while, finally ended up going here for a weekend dinner ! It was an average experience with some decent food let down by poor service. Google maps would take you to the exact place but it is easy to be missed with its location at a road turning and it being part of a hotel, the entrance is a little hidden from the main road.Expecting some crowd , considering Sunday night , was surprised to see that we were the only one’s in the entire restaurant and it continued to remain empty with just one more table filling up by the time we finished our food – perhaps they need to get the word around about this place. Started off by placing an order for the carrot coriander soup and we wanted small portions and requested for a 2/4 which they did not agree initially for reasons best known to them but on persuasion agreed.While placing order had requested for suggestions for some chicken gravy that was boneless, they suggested to go with Chicken Chettinadu which eventually ended up with bones which was again a let down. The person taking the order seemed disinterested and did not listen to our order leading to us repeating the order again. Also on the order was Chatpata Paneer masala with paneer not soft enough and served cold but the flavour of the gravy was good. Same stands for Chicken curry apart from the goof up with the boneless stuff, the texture was good.Breads were served hot and fresh. Veg sheekh kebab on the starters was a disappointment , totally served cold and lacking taste.With the restaurant literally empty, all the waiters and after a while the chef were all out in the dining area watching tv, while the complaints we had was taken to the chef by the waiter in front of us they did not pay heed. Ambiance is nice and good seating arrangement but the rest of it is not upto mark. foodntraveldiaries.in
Let me tell you this place has pretty decent interiors. And we had murgh adhraki chicken Tikka. And biriyani it was good. Staff was really helpful overall good experience.
I happened to be there at this place during dinner time . I found this resto through zomato only. As mentioned in the previous reviews, its a nice place . Good food ,good ambiance but with irresponsible service .The rates are very genuine. It was not at all crowded and overall it was a satisfactory dinner expect the service. The service is so poor that we have to beg them for switching on AC. I won’t say that all those guys are behaving similarly.Food – 4.5/5Ambiance – 4.5/5Service – 3.0/5
A nice place for a family dinner for non vegetarians and veg. The ambience of the place is nice he food tastes pretty good. They serve north Indian food which was tasty and good The food is finger liking good and their selection specially non vegetarian
Food was tasty .ambience was ok.Chicken was tender n fresh .quantity was also enough. Service was little late.but restaurant is not well known.many people were not there in hotel fr lunch
