Located at the base of Trinity isle hotel, uttarkhand is a spacious and soberly good looking restaurant with a special and unique kind of wall-ceiling spiky interior on one side. Ordered non veg platter and mushroom masala starter. Malai chicken tikka was good, not so spicy but not so soft either. Chicken tikka tasted excellent, but again not so soft and tender. Also both these items weren’t hot on the tongue. However the green sauce was and it got out eyes and noses flowing. The tandoori chicken leg pieces were average, but kalmi kebab was amazing. Seekh kebab and hariyali tikka all fine, nothing great. Fish was really good and mushroom item ok, not very spicy and kind of pungent. Service was fine but it did take almost 20 min to get the platter on our table. Yes thankfully they do serve papad as time pass snack. Overall a good place to try. instagram.com
