Walked in and was wowed by the dessert spread. The variety of food was amazing. The staff is super courteous. The meats were melt in your mouth good. The veggies were fresh and well made.They even had activated charcoal dumplings!!The ambiance was nice. Music got a lil loud toward the end. It is a lobby cafe.Price of sunday brunch: 2400 (plus tax) for the non alcoholic brunch.
We recently went to The Lobby Brew for dinner and I have to say that we had a great experience. The ambience as you walk in to the hotel is stunning. We went for their buffet which had a really good spread with an amazing variety including live counters for chaat, dimsums, pizzas and pastas. The food was really good especially the fresh pizza and pasta that we ordered. The dessert line up was really delicious as well. But the main reason for writing this review is the service, which was superlative. Our server Satya was really amazing. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our dinner, especially since we had a baby with us, which he was even willing to look after, if required. He was very courteous and ensured we had a great time. The restaurant manager Mr. Armaan was very attentive and helpful as well. All in all a wonderful experience. We are definitely going back for more.
At the Conrad for the first time and looking for a beer, we chanced upon this bar in the lobby. Strangely named (brew?) but a well stocked bar with seating on both sides. No bar stools at the bar which is really odd. Worse still the seating area has zero personality with standard business centre seating and bright lights as if you’re in a banquet hall. The only saving grace were the perfectly cold beers and the good egg sandwiches we ate. There are certainly better star hotel bars in the area
Conrad, of the Hilton group. Newly opened at Bangalore. This coffee shop is open 24 hrs which is the best part as you can have your coffee anytime. Being a coffee lover, this was the place to go for my coffee cravings in the midnight ( 3 AM). I tried the tiramisu coffee, their Italian take on coffee. Also tried their special hot chocolate. The ambience was great of course.
Very bad service for a hotel with this reputation. Items were not available and staff were extremely unresponsive. We waited 15 minutes to receive the money and another 10 after placing the order for the guy to come back and tell us it wasn’t available. Definitely not worth visiting.
Came here on my birthday for lunch. Special thanks to Hasani and Param for their excellent and friendly service to make my visit as comfortable as possible.
This lobby cafe offers beverages alongside a wide delicious line up of desserts ranging from apple pies to pastries to Indian sweets. It’s set up in a warm ambiance. We visited during the Christmas season and the cafe has a host of edible gingerbread houses and festively themed cakes. The staff is courteous and prompt.
