Beautiful designs, great services and professional team. Taste was wonderful and delivery bang on time. Little expensive but surely value for money. Very happy with experience in ordering from them and interacting with them. Certainly would recommend.
I ordered Fondent cake for my son’s 1st birthday. The packet of the cake was open when delivered . Initially Miras customer care told that they ll never send a cake open . after sending the pic they changed the word saying fondent cake is delivered in this way. again they told that the packet is opened while delivery. I ordered from Whitefield .around 30kms the packet came open. beware of these . It came in the below open packet exactly as attached.
Just wanted to bring to your notice ..they are really over priced and poor hygiene. Need to look for more delivery orders..coz they rip you up withbalso
They don’t even deserve 1 rating. There should’ve been an option for negative rating also. The prices are over priced and very unprofessional.Need to improve a lot on hygiene too.
I had ordered a chandelier cake. Seemed like a little overpriced after the final product. Their staff are unsupportive, won’t wait for 10 minutes during delivery, no option of returning the cradle/stand to them after event, they would collect it only the next day. Taste is decent, but overall not worth for the price they charge and service they provide. Also, a little portion of cake was damaged which we had to cover up for photography.
Designs are good but there’s is a lot to be desired regarding taste and no option for tasting and the cakes are over priced so I feel the least they can do is offer a tasting session
I ordered this customised chess-themed chocolate fondant cake from Miras Dial a cake. It costed 2500. I got exactly what I wanted. And the tasted yumm. Great work!
