I have been very less disappointed by Chefcraft. I never ordered though from Indiranagar but from a Kammanahalli branch on swiggy. Love their salad and steaks and chicken wings. Not giving a 5 because of quantity and one bad meal (fried rice and chicken where rice was flavourful and chicken was smelly)
I had ordered Vietnamese veg summer roll. The wrapping outside each roll was like plastic .. I wasn’t sure if that’s actually plastic or something that can be eaten. But I could not remove it so had to eat with it and then remove from mouth after chewing rest of stuff! The chutney was the only thing good and yummy. Further they do not have hot food. This one was also frozen and came with ice pack actually! No value for money either. Coincidentally my stomach has been upset after that meal. Won’t order again from here.
Have never posted a review before but this is definitely one of the worst customer experiences I have had from a food delivery company and hence felt obligated to. For a noon delivery slot was told at 10 am that delivery won’t be possible when the order was placed the previous evening. I never got to see the message as was in meetings. So ended up waiting for the order till 1:30 pm when I called the call centre to confirm and was told then it its cancelled. The operations manager before even empathizing with this situation, says she has sent me screen shots of the call made. Instead of being even remotely apologetic says that I should have answered the phone and can’t complain now. Also says their website has all disclaimers on potential delivery cancellation so again I cannot be upset or complain. The most basic feature of a food delivery service is the ability to deliver. If you cannot deliver on a particular day, you should at least say that at time of order placement, and not send an order confirmation and then a couple of hours before delivery, cancel. People have busy lives and opt for a service like this to make life easier. This service did the opposite and then gave me a lecture of my shortcomings. Very shockingly disappointing!
Decided to try some new stuff, delivery was quick and food was decent too! Tried the spring rolls and Penang curry veg! Price was decent too! Just that the portion of the Penang curry could have been better . Well packed tho !
Got a Chicken Arabic Fattoush Salad. Terrible portion size! Substandard quality meat. Bad salad dressing. And all this for 280 bucks. One wouldn’t even pay 100 bucks for the salad they provided. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Shame!
The portion size for a main dish is quite shocking really. Just about 3 pieces of chicken and a handful of veggies is what made up our lemon herb chicken. The portion of sauce that came with the dish was larger than the actual food. Quite disappointed.
