Horrible service. Horrible food. Took eternity to get the food and once the food came it tasted like they were serving it frozen stale. It was so bland.
Ordered tacos, got a bunch of mini puri looking things with stuffing like nothing I’ve ever seen in a taco. Ordered fajitas, got vegetable gravy with no bread. Ordered Nachos, got really oily crisps with no dips. Ordered a lemon ice tea, that was spoilt. Ordered a berry juice, that wasn’t available and was replaced with a peach iced tea. This was the only thing edible. Im definitely ordering from here again. Not.
Ambiance was average. Food was overpriced and tasteless. Had high hopes for this place but it turned out to be a bust. I’ve had much better food in Bangalore for half the price. Service was okay, the waiter did not understand some of the things we asked so he just smiled. Rating 2 only for the ambiance.
Decent place, you can enjoy some indoor activities, laser tag, Food was good, chilled out ambience. Little disappointed with the service and the wait time.
Completely worthless. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad which was priced at 120 bucks and what I got was stale chicken, some croutons with some sort of sweet sauce and a lot of lettuce.
I have eaten at Crossroads Café several times and had food delivered to me also. The experiences have been satisfactory until tonight! I wanted a delivery but their phone just rang and rang. I decided to order online. But I received an SMS that the order was rejected by the Café. Zomato called me to tell me that the Café was not answering. So I started preparing my own dinner, giving up on the Café. Around 30-40 minutes later, a delivery guy showed up at my door with my order! Because I had not had issues with the Café in the past – even when I placed my order to get the veggie burger made without mayo or egg – I didn’t check the order before the delivery guy left. I assumed that what I had ordered would be in the bag.Silly me! I had ordered the gymmer burger which is a veg burger. And in the special notes, I wrote to make it without mayo and egg. Instead they gave me a chicken tikka burger!!! Covered in mayo! Now I have no plans of ever ordering online from this place again. I am a vegan as many know who may follow my reviews on here. That means we do not eat ANY THING from an animal – no egg, no dairy, no meat, no honey. So you can imagine my disappointment at getting served a chicken sandwich covered in mayo! I was charged for a gymmer burger though and I didn’t fail this review entirely because they did at least show up with some food (I had also ordered fries and these came as well). Please, Crossroads Café – check your orders!
I knw it’s basically not a place to eat, but then they kept me waiting for more than half an hour for a pasta. But it’s a nice place to hangout with friends and do some gaming.
