Very poor quality food. Did not expect this from that hotel. No vegetables except one cabbage.. disppointef
Not worth for the mmoney.
So this place is a small outlet which serves average breakfast, doesn’t burn your pocket on a daily basis. So that’s the only good point about this place. My first horrible experience was when we ordered Dosa in the evening and it was provided with Stale Chutney. So basically they refrigerate the cooked food and pre-heat the food before serving. So you cant expect fresh food most of the time. The servers here have a lot of negative attitude towards customers. The other day the Idly served was very hard and not palatable. Hence informed the waiter about it and returned it immediately asking to replace. However, they said its already prepared in the morning and this cannot be replaced. So we had coffee and asked for the bill, to our surprise they had billed for that disastrous idly and when asked the reason the waiter says the whole world can eat this, why can’t you; it’s only you who have a problem to eat this hard steamed Idly and started abusing in his language ( Assamese, I guess). I would never ever visit this shitty place again and do not recommend.
quantity is very less..
I never received the food on time it was almost 1 hour late . I’m sorry to say a pathetic experience.
What an incredible little find on double road. This little place boasts of one of the best filter coffee in town. Ambience: (3/5)The ambience is functional and hence isn’t looking to provide an experience. But it does its job. There are about 5 tables of 4 seats, so coming with a bigger group may make it a tad difficult.Food: (4/5)There is a selection of great South Indian breakfast options. I had the paniyaram which was not up to the mark of my grandmom’s which many of you may also feel. But nonetheless, it tasted great and the chutney was brilliantly made. The filter coffee for me was the highlight – it was so well made because it had just the right amount of sugar that it did not take away from the flavour of the coffee but managed to ensure it was not too over powering. I would say the filter coffee here comes in a close second to Ajanta on MG road. Summary: (4/5)It’s a good option for a quick bite. Ensure you have the coffee as that was the highlight of the meal and is their USP.
Coffee is good as it is recognised for. However, dal vada tastes not that well. Also, u better bring the cash there as network doesn’t seem to be great for other payment modes.
