This is a new north Indian cuisine restaurant located on Indiranagar 100 ft road. We visited this place on a rainy evening. The taste and ambience were equally good. So was the quality of food served. The service was a bit slow since the restaurant was new and full of customers at the time of our visit. We had Murg Yakhni Shorba, Trio of Tandoori Broccoli, Charcoal Stuffed Mushroom, Paneer Triology, Tandoori Jhinga, Pomfret Banana Leaf Mahi and Murg Gilafi Sheek. All the items were very delicious and flavourful.

Urban Roti – A popular Indian restaurant in Singapore. They now have a branch in Bangalore located on the busy 100ft road of Indiranagar. As you enter the place, you will definitely be pleased with the neat and colourful ambience. It looks like a perfect place to have a good meal with family or friends. We started off with mocktails and all of them tasted really good. Kiwi delight, mango Pina colada, aam Panna, pomegranate iced tea and orange cream sickle were a few of them.Burnt garlic soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. They have a lot of options for starters from North Indian to Pan Asian. The kele aur palak ke pakode was extremely well made. Nadru Shaami is a lotus stem based starter, it was something different. The best part about the north Indian starters is the various kinds of sauces they provide for the same. They are delicious. Charcoal stuffed mushroom was a heavy delight!! Trio of tandoori Broccoli, crispy corn water chestnut and chilli basil mushroom paneer were few of the other good vegetarian starters we had.Non vegetarian range is again a good one. Tandoori jhinga, mutton seekh kabab , ghee roast chicken kulcha taco are worth trying. Our main course was a huge one consisting of garlic naan to have with pin wheel paneer ( the paneer was simply excellent ), Dal Makhni and subz miloni. Lemon butter chicken is something that was totally new and a very different sort of a dish. Jeera Rice with Dal Amritsari was a heavenly combination. Extremely well made. Subz Biryani was also a great one.Ending our meal with dessert as always we had the gulkand kheer which was okay, xxl pista jamun and walnut Burfi tart were simply delicious. Orange caramel flan was made just right. Ras Malai milk cake is another good option among Indian sweets.Overall the food served was really fresh, delicious and something that one would want to go back to and not to forget the staff – very very courteous and attentive.
