Have been to this place many times. Always liked the outdoor sitting area and the food. More recently i went there yesterday and i was really disappointed. Not only the quantity but the quality had fallen too. We didnt get what we ordered. The waiters are clueless about the food. When we complained about the food quality the manager started laughing. Didnt like that attitude. When a customer is giving feedback one should take that seriously. Will not go there again. They should gear up if they want to stay in the business
Fish not cleaned thoroughly for the steak. The mashed potato was potato slurry.Tumblers used for water have all kinds of marks on them.We found loads of maggots (yes, MAGGOTS!!) in the tomato ketchup bottle. They were crawling on our pizza slice when we squeezed some ketchup on it and it is not even an exaggeration.That will be our last visit to this restaurant, which we had frequented many times before.
Amazing food, ambience service everything comes together at this place. Candle light dinner is too good, romantic place for couple .i visit this place once in a month.

Located in HSR, this place offers good varieties in steak and sizzlers. The ambience is quite and dim.And the place is good enough for draught beers,breads, sizzlers and steak.
This place used to be a really good one before an year, but recently when I went it has completely changed. The food taste was ok, but service was pathetic, they are totally inconsiderate of the customers. No one was attending my table for more than a hour, until I made explicit attempts to have their attention.———-Above was premature before the bill, while checking I noticed beer was charged twice, I couldn’t accept it as an accident.
Had heard a lot of sizzlers from this place so thought will try out this weekend. The place is quite and lighting is dim. We ordered garlic bread, America chop sey and veg steak. Food is really tasty but service is very slow. Waiters are not adequately trained were not able to explain dishes properly.
