One of the best places to have good Maharashtrian food in Bangalore. The place is small but the food is good.Misal pav, sabudana vada, solkadhi, kanda bhaji is just too good.A highly recommended place for all Maharashtrian in Bangalore. Will visit again.
Being a marathi mulgi, I always had a craving for pithla bhakri, which I could fulfill only once I am at home. This place is awesome, close to my house. I can go for marathi food anytime now.I tried Misal Pav & Pithla Bhakar, which was super yumm. Management is awesome. Very polite and friendly people. Also I tried Kokam sharbat. The feeling was just WOW. I felt like I am in my state having authentic food in some mast dhaba.Thank you team, for coming up with this restaurant. It’s reasonable, food is authentic and tastes awesome, amazing team.
So I happen to visit this place which was inaugurated just 4 days ago, called Mast Marathi right next to my office. Being a Maharashtrian myself, I was very excited to eat here. I ordered Sabudana Khichdi with peanut chutney for lunch which had typical Maharashtrian touch and was filling. The ambience is simple with a little hint of Maharashtra. The wall behind the cash counter has a picture of Gudi that symbolises the arrival of Gudi Padwa, Maharashtrian New Year. The food counter resembles to Killa, fort. The curtains are made out of Paithani Sarees. Overall it’s a decent place if you’ve tastebuds for Maharashtrian cusine. I’m now looking forward to try curries and bhakris for my upcoming visits.
