Poop or churros? You decide! Literally didn’t feel like consuming it at all, the churros were sticky from all the sugar plus it wasn’t fine sugar, they were granules instead. Ordered a strawberry dip along with it but got a chocolate dip instead. I really hope to get a better service next time. Though their kitkat shake is worth a try.
I have not received the order . But yesterday night got message that the order delivered.kindly have a check. I want my money back. Is this way u treating customer?
Ordered KitKat shake, and to my disappointment, it was merely a vague mixture of KitKat , milk and sugar. KitKat was not mixed properly, I could feel the solid-liquid difference in KitKat and milk.
Worst shake by any place – the kit-kat shake was made as if only cold milk was taken out from fridge and kit-kat was crunched and given to us. Not even mixer was used to mix properly it seems.
I’ve had a horrible experience ordering Churros and crepe’s online. I was sent burnt oily churros and the crepe didn’t have the banana I had paid extra for. Plus the chocolate was spilled all over. I had complained to zomato but they didn’t seem to bother. Being a regular customer of zomato, it was a disheartening experience. Nevertheless, I hope Nutty Affair serves more cautiously in future.
The churros quality has gone bad and quantity is reduced to half for the same price. The churros which was Krispy is now chewy.The quantity of the chocolate dip is also reduced to half.
