Ordered lunch at office for delivery.. Called the outlet right after placing the order to request them to not to dip the littis in ghee (think had mentioned it as a special instruction in the order also).. The voice at the other end was rude and callous, almost acting as if he was doing a favor.. After this, I was not surprised even one bit to receive a packet of 4 littis all dripping with Ghee! The guys need a training in listening to and catering to customer requests (very basic one at that) for starters..The litti was definitely gas/oven baked and not baked on coal fire which made it lack the original taste.. The chokha was dry and tasteless and not the typical gooey chokha that is served with litti everywhere..All in all a disappointing fare.. Had plans to be a regular orderer of lunch from this place, plans abandoned quickly and safe havens of canteen food rushed back to!Avoid it at all costs!!

2- star only for eggplant chokha and can be improved a lot. Zero for the little, either it be paneer litti aur sattu litti. When you open the packet the fragrance gets you to have a really high expectations. But taste is so bad that I can’t imagine someone could screw it up so bad. Doesn’t even tastes like litti.
