Byg brewski is one of the prettiest places I’ve seen in Bangalore. They have such a beautiful outdoor seating and ambience. The food is also really great and the cocktails were great too. I had such pleasant and lovely lunch here. Would definitely come back here again.
We went here for the famous Sunday Brunch with a couple of friends. The ambiance and vibe were liked by everyone present. The interiors are beautifully done, the open area is adorned with plants and the pond amidst is just so soothing and peaceful that you can simply gaze at it for hours. Also, there was a live performance going on, adding more energy to it.We started off with mocktails, the bartender special mocktail was simply amazing both in taste and presentation. For starters, we tried Karari Roti which was something unique, light on the stomach and tasted so good. Arabic Fatayer was again amazing. Rest all the starters that we tried, tasted good and preparation material was fresh. We had a great time devouring diff. Delicacies with good music and view. The service was exceptionally great. Overall, highly recommended.
The music was so loud that it brought on a headache. The volume wasn’t turned down even after request. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on. These two are the only negative aspects of our experience here. Otherwise the food was very good. Especially the starters. They have some fancy cocktails as well which we thoroughly enjoyed along with the beer samplers. Overall I would recommend it with a caution to find seats at a distance from the loudspeakers.
I am an ardent fan of Byg Brewski ever since it opened in Sarjapur. It’s an undebatable choice when we decide to go out, but somehow, I kept avoiding visiting the Hennur outlet mostly because it was far from where I lived. Finally, the moment I shifted closer to Hennur outlet, I made it a point to visit the place.The first reaction once I stepped in – Oh boy! It’s huge, no wonder it’s Asia’s largest brewpub. I fell in love with the place with the sheer size and decor. Divided into 7zones, the Brewery has a small pond like Sarjapur outlet. It also has suitable arrangements for private parties completely secluded from other zones in the outlet. I went for dinner, the Christmas decorations, lights were a treat to the eyes. I chose a seating near to the pond and could not have chosen a better place to enjoy the entire view of the Brewery. The staff here are well trained and courteous, they really know what is being served to the customers and their suggestions are usually in accordance with your likings. Among 6-7 varieties of inhouse beers they have, Mosaic is my favorite. Their mixologist team (special mention to Rohan) is amazing with what they do! They have an inhouse bakery too, exactly why this has to be your next birthday celebration destination. So here are my other recommendations, Seer fish fry, mutton sheikh kebab, Biryani, Dimsums, Pattar Chicken (can be filling too), Karari roti (half-moon shaped roti, Instagram worthy!), Popcorn prawns (you wouldn’t have imagined such a dish can be made and it would be delicious too). Do not leave Byg Brewski without trying their Tres leches cake. In fact, I have sometimes gone there just to eat that! Caramel cheesecake and another dessert with different layers of chocolate are some other desserts to be tried. Don’t you worry about parking, they got valet to cover it. myhungertales.wordpress.com
An amazingly beautiful and an equally gigantic place. I am yet to see another place equally big and so well designed as this. Worth every insta story you may want to share.Food : liked it all barring jumbo prawns, we found them too blad for our taste. Beer is good too.Music : Too good to not tap ( we had gone on a Saturday night)Ambiance: PerfectTwo areas where there’s scope of improvement :a. Service – For us to even get the menu it took multiple requests, and this is after we getting assigned to some three different people who could help find a seat for us.b. Some tables are placed at such dark locations that you’d literally have to keep your phone torch on for the whole meal. If you get an option, do choose a well lit place ( most I guess come with their subscription services).
It is one of the biggest bar in terms of space and the fantastic ambience with the amazing crowd of all age group. The cocktail, mocktail and all the dishes were just awesome except pizza. It has a pool also which is the sparkling spot for selfies.
Well having heard a lot about their Sunday Brunch thought of paying a visit. I sure must say it was not a pleasant one, starting from the hostesses at the entrance till the serving staff had a very bad attitude.. Probably they were overwhelmed of the crowd.Coming to the food nothing that can wow you expect for the beer n pizza, mocktails were much ok, rest was a regular affair what gets served mostly everywhere.. But I should mention that the staff have to get their attitude right.. I can’t even begin to explain.. This is going to be a no go place for a very long time now.. I’ve dined in best n finest of dining places and Byg Brewski was a big let down.
