Whitefield’s all new microbrewery, houses over 4 floors is a massive space. Wity brews named after the characteristics of the fox, kombucha mocktails and bacardi cocktails are something that you need to try here. Their clever innovative starters pairs excellent with a nice tall glass of the craft brew. Perfect place to enjoy a live gig, gang out wity buddies , dinner wity your office gang or a weekend Brunch. flavorflamefusion.blogspot.com

Are you bored of regular good and bottled beers? Would you like to try something interesting? Well, then head to this new party destination of Bengaluru. Fox in the field is a new party spot of Bengaluru located in Forum shantiniketan mall, Whitefield. It’s a 4 floored brewery with a name and a different menu for each level. 1st floor is called enter the Fox where you can hangout with your friends with some music. Second level is called fox in the den which is mostly similar to 1st level but more of dining place with moderate music. 3rd level has an indoor amphitheatre and you could book it in advance for private parties. 4th level has an open terrace and the very first Bacardi lounge in Asia-pacific. We started our dinner with some freshly brewed beer samplers. My favourite one was saison farmhouse which has a mild taste of clove. Butter chicken filled naan hops are absolutely delicious. Juicy butter chicken is stuffed in activated charcoal battered pouch and it went well with drinks. Babycorn tempura spears are quite innovative and my favourite too. Crispy babycorn is dipped in batter and fried to golden brown and accompanied by a dip partially similar to salsa. The flavours of babycorn and dip are balanced well. Gentle man fox in south India is one of their signature cocktails which I liked most. It’s a combination of bourbon, pepper, tamarind and tomato. It’s pungent and equally refreshing. Maggie noodle fritters and shepherds pie are good but could be improved a bit. Conchigile was perfectly cooked and was the star dish in main course. Indian breads and curries are good too. We concluded our meal with ice creams Belgium chocolate and kafir lime are must try flavours. Overall it’s a nice place to treat yourself and also to throw a party!
Just opened.. Brewery is functional and has 5 options which are almost same as available in various others.. 4* is for the food menu which is fresh and definitely gives you new options to try.. Tried the paneer khulle which is a raw paneer stuffed dish and was good.. Portion was less but it’s paneer and its filling enough being a starter.. Tried the pizza.. Good taste but not extraordinary.. Overall 3 levels of seating, open air seating, open kitchen and a great staff with super quick service.. Please go for the taster before actually ordering their beer.. Its just 150 and you must try them coz the taste of beer is a subjective matter and I didn’t like them all.. Cheers.. Hope this place grows good and stays..
Nice ambience and a good place for team lunch.Even though veg options are not many the available options are good.Dishes:Roasted baby beet salad: Good. The dressing was mild and nice.House made nachos: Decent. The tomato salsa was not well seasoned.Dabeli pizza corn pesto: Different and tasted good. It’s a sabudana patty dresses with pesto sauce (n also tomato salsa may b) with corn kernels.Cottage cheese cigars: Seems like a spring roll stuffed with Paneer smashed and spices with onion and green bell pepper wrapped.Fried corn kernels : DecentMulti leaf saag and panner: TastyBlack rice risotto: Nice. Would be better if the rice was a little more soft.Rasmali creme brulle : DecentDark chocolate ice cream : GoodBrownie: Nice. Ice cream (ordered separately) and brownie together tasted well.Service was very good. Shantanu who attended us did a good job!
