Okay. Had puffs. Ordered cake from same place. Wasn’t super impressed. Okay basic menu items nothing amazing. Maybe if you’re with a gang and just want something to fill your stomach then it’s fine.
Half a decade ago, visiting this place was one of my favourite things to do. It was a pleasure riding on this road on balmy summer evenings or freezing winter nights. There was hardly any traffic on the road then and you could sit outside and face a 100 foot empty road and sip your tea in peace.Nowadays, we only go here when we’re in the neighbourhood and want a quick bite. They don’t stock up on the sausage buns, an Honest Bakery staple and the yummy cardamon tea is no longer available. Now we just buy tea from the shop next door and snacks from here.
The place has been here for quiet sometime. They make some amazing sausage buns and rolls. Try avoid their pastries coz they stock it for more than a day had a bad experience once and didn’t wnt to take any risk after tat. They do make gud snacks if u order for small functions or parties.Food : 3.5/5Service : 3/5VFM : 3.5/5
Located on Nehru Road, the connector between Hennur Main Road and Kammanahalli Main Road, Honest Bakery has been around for a while now and has sort of established itself as an oft frequented place by both young and old alike.Serving both pattissiere and savoury items, the stuff at Honest is very very reasonably priced and tasty to boot. You can choose from the staple pastries and cakes to newer and more interesting stuff such as the mini sausage rolls which are priced as low as Rs. 6/- each. Their vegetarian samosas are also pretty good and ideal for a tea time snack. They have a small but adequate seating area and the open view of the road gives you a very European sidewalk cafe feel. Go ahead and try it.Cheers,
