The service was not upto the mark, the table was not cleaned properly. We went for the Christmas Special Menu and it was average at best. They took almost 30 mins to serve the Main Course even though we ordered them at the beginning itself. They didn’t even bother to ask for a glass of water, neither they put the glasses on the table. The music was too loud, even person sitting on the same table was not able to listen to me. Definitely not visiting again. The Apple Pie was good though.
I ordered i guess 5 to 6 items but seariously I didn’t like one of them. All are below average taste wise. The veggies served in dishes were not fresh and stinky and stale. Risotto was below average and sweet in taste. Quantity wise also its not good for the amount that we are paying. The cocktails that I ordered were diluted. They are not like cocktails. Not expected this on Christmas eve. Even about service they don’t bother to ask you a glass of water also and we have to ask them repeatedly. I don’t know how they got 4.2 rating. May be paid ratings.
Uno Chicago Grill completed 1 year in Bangalore and went on their anniversary. As usual we ordered Barbeque Roasted Mushroom Deep Dish Pizza and Spaghetti Aglio E Olio. Both the dishes were tasty and nice.
It was a beautiful place with everything perfect.
Ambience is really good and they have American style dishes and deep dish pizza is the signature one which is so deep and heavy, honestly its one of the best pizza ive tried,prices are lil expensive but worth the taste.
We went for a birthday celebration and lived the food. Our favorite was the stuffed garlic bread. It is a must try. It’s a good place to try the authentic pizza and pasta.
The ambience is good along with good music. They have live screening of sports matches. The mac and cheese is really good. The whiskey sour with egg white made by Mr.Himanshu was really good. Definitely worth a visit. The prices are a little high but as long as the food is good it shouldn’t matter. The staff are friendly and the place is well maintained. Happy dining folks! Cheers!
