The ambience of the place was captivating and the food was just amazing. The staff was really welcoming and warm. Would recommend a 100% to anyone who’s looking for quality ethnic food and a grand atmosphere.
Menu is limited, menu is not kid friendly , the basic things needed to be asked like if you order a pizza you need to keep the oregano and chilli flakes or atleast ask if we need them. The regular water tastes bad. The taste of the lobster was overpowering with the coconut milk. The creamy spinach looked like an old dish that was heated up. There are mosquitoes when you sit near the plants. We had to negotiate for a better a seat even thou yaw reserved. The person attending to the table seemed she was not inclined to serve our table. Guess we were not the usual foreign guest that she was used to cater. Overall taste of the food and service was under par, something that you don’t expect from a Sheraton restaurant.
Sheraton never ceases to disappoint. This is the second time I had such terrible experience here. Earlier in Feast I almost ate beef which was marked vegetarian in the buffet (thank goodness that I had my doubts and double checked). Worst part is the service of course. Ordered a drink which turned out to be completely different from the description given by the waiter. Every food item took at least 30 min to come, including drinks. This place is a complete waste of time and money. I see how it got a rating of 4.3 now. So many 5 star reviews from reviewer with a single review. The restaurant is outstanding. Open air ambiance is best. Grills and the bbq were delicious. Service by pema was brilliant. She suggested is the marvelous food . Kudos to the team.

How does it feel to have an entire restuarant to yourself? We felt same this evening when I took the Mrs for my Bday treat. We ordered 2 Tenderloin fillet steaks with Red wine jus, Potato Parmasean soup, Chared Asparagus and vegetables sides and a Highlander cocktail. The steaks were medium rare, juicy and succulent. It was served with salad. The soup was a comfort with cool breeze blowing on a Bangalore night. Highlander was awesome. The service was quick and efficient. Will definitely return for the next Bday treat.
