My go-to coffee place in Manipal. The second you enter, you’ll feel rejuvenated by the aroma of Lavazza coffee. The staff is also very friendly. I’ve always preferred Barista over most of the other popular coffee chains.
Good to have barista in manipal. They have come up with great coffees and great taste too. I am big coffee addict . This barista has its own benchmark in latte arts . The only thing i expect them to make an art with less foam.As I Frequently visit , I observed 20% of cup is being filled with foam. Other than that coffee tastes great .
One of my favorite places in Manipal. It’s our everyday hangout spot. It’s not a place you’d want to go for fun or clicking pictures and stuff but a perfect place to relax. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and friendly. You can ask them to play your choice of music, they cooperate a lot. Way cheaper than other coffee shops but not cheap enough to be had everyday. I absolutely love this place. It’s value for money.PS – Red velvet cupcake is a must try.
I happen to be a student in Manipal and like most other students, Barista is a little above my budget. I was however pleasantly surprised that Zomato had an offer for 50% off on Barista home delivery and decided to give it a shot.The first order i made was pretty good, it was a large barista frappe that was delivered within 15 minutes of placing the order. I was more than satisfied with both the flavour and the quantity of my purchase.However the last two orders that ive made for an iced americano and a large barista cold coffee have been nothing short of utterly disappointing. I’ll describe my most recent order: It came in a plastic cup that was quite well packaged(thanks to zomato) but the cup was less than half full with the froth from the coffee making up most of the container. To give you some perspective, a large coffee is allegedly 500ml of coffee but this was less than 250ml.I was’nt aware that a 50% off on the price also meant a more than 50% reduction in quantity. Now youd think if theyre giving you such little coffee theyd at least make an effort to make it taste good but no, my coffee came with no sugar in it and there werent any sachets of sugar in the packaging that the coffee came in so i actually had to add some on my own. If im paying 90 bucks(after discount) to add my own sugar to the coffee then theres something seriously wrong.I dont know if their service is any different if you actually go the outlet in person because ive never been there and i can only base my review on online orders so for me, its been pretty bad and i would not recommend ordering online from here
