Even rating them 1 out 5 seems too much for the kind of food they serve. The service is also really pathetic. We were not given water until we requested. Burgers are the worst that I had in my life. I don’t even want to talk about it. And then when you thought it couldn’t get any more worse, BAM! The chikku milkshake was made of rotten chikkus. Never went back after such a pathetic experience. Really sorry to say, you people need to up your game biiiiig time.

Just an okay place for burgers. Asked for no ketchup and mayo in the burgers and we got just that! The club sandwiches were fine like expected. The icecream had flavours totally different from what they said it was going to have. And they were not even creamy, in fact some scoops had a lot of frost!
Not sure what to even say. Remember coming here a year back and being disappointed with the food. Tried to give a second chance by ordering from Zomato. They haven’t changed much. The Mayo these guys use is just not suited for burgers. It’s just too garlicy and strong.Have tried 4 kinds of burgers here and they’re filling but tasteless. I had a veggie burger which was decent but Patty was salty. You might ask why did i give them 3 stars? It’s filling and it didn’t cost me much. But definitely these guys need to change. First step would be to use a different kind of mayo.

How pathetic and disappointing.i have sat at burger lounge and have eaten an amazing burger which was huge in size and the bun was full of butter..as for delivery got exactly the opposite..small sized and dry..very disappointed.
Found an insect in my fries, never ordering from burger lounge again. Even the shake was just water with chocolate powder. I don’t know if it’s zomato’s fault or the restaurant but the food is definitely not worth the money
