There is a serious inconsistency in making of food and portion size. Felt like they are making things based on available items in shop. One time you may get a sundae with chocolate and vanilla, another time same sundae will be with chocolate and strawberry, toppings also keep on varying. Also with portion size, one time it will be sufficient quantity and another time it will be in a small tumbler. All these issues faced during booking via food apps only. In shop service they may be doing fine. For delivery via apps they need to standardize the things.
I feel this to be slightly overpriced compared to other similar eateries in this area. I have tried Sundae and Gudbad from here. Delivery time, packaging and the taste; they ticked all these points. One of the places which can satisfy your sweet tooth.

The staff is so friendly always helping with individual customizations. Very comfortable environment. A must visit and must try if you are in manipal.
Great place for ice cream lovers. Its not expensive and for students this will be the perfect place to have ice creams or crushers ♥️ I would recommend students or family to have ice creams over here . The service over here is too good. Do visit♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Usually ice creams delivered are good, but this time when I ordered a litchi sundae , I was delivered a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Any how zomato refunded me the order
