Small place with homely food. The kappa Biryani is too good!!Ediappam and Parotta was a bit dry. The chicken biryani was also good. The pickled onion they serve with everything is very nice.
Basic ambience but good food. Fresh and tasty. Would recommend a visit. We tried Puttu, Kadla, fish fry, appam with fish curry, tea and a coke. And we paid 200 bucks. Completely worth it.
Tasty Home made food kind of experience. Kerala style curries. Best part is it’s very affordable. Quality food at affordable price. Ambience and services excellent. Would love to go again. As it was my first time having food at Maria restaurant.
Its a very small joint , more of a college mess kinds. Its clean and the owners are very friendly. I went for a take away after seeing couple of reviews and it was a good decision. Ordered, their fish curry, Appam,Idiyappam and Egg Masala. Very tasty fish curry with the flavour of Kodampully and right amount of Tanginess and spice. Fish in the curry was also very tasty. Not sure which fish it was. Egg curry was more of onion tomato curry. But tasted good. Appams were very nice. Because it was a takeway, by the time we reached home, it had become soft. Idiappam was great with some scraped coconut on top .. It was simple and delicious. Would suggest a takeaway from this place.
If you wanna have Kerala food around this place, this is it. Appam Pottu or Kappa(Tapioca) with chicken curry that’s the best here. Its great whether for breakfast lunch or dinner.
Really nice Kerala restaurant don’t forget to try appam puttu kappa..
