Visited here recently and had a very poor experience. We went in a group of 6.Among starters we orderd two different which came totally over burnt.Nextly among Main Course we ordered Biriyani and Veg Polao and Chicken Kadai and Panner Butter Masala.The Sultan Special Biriyani had a cockroach in it. Also in the Mutton Biriyani the mutton pieces were so stiff and hard that it was hard to tear.The Biriyani was not at all warm.Overall the food didn’t meet any of our expectations. photographerslunchbox.wordpress.com
Sultan’s has started to establish itself around Hegde Nagar region. It is one of the good hotels in Thanisandra main road. The food here is good and the ambience is pretty decent. I have tried their Biriyanis’s, they were well prepared and presented. However, if you want to get Biriyani here you have to arrive early, else only answer you get is there is no availability and it is finished. They probably prepare only for a defined number of servings and do not have the facility to cater with demand. Food over here is expensive and it would be good if they could revise the price or serve sufficient quantity. Nevertheless if you are staying around Bharatiya City, this is the best place to dine out.
Adjacent to my residence, quite an ambience in the evening setting,but unfortunately the management is not exploiting its advantage to the hilt by giving subpar service and no great shakes in the grilled food offered. Definitely things can be improved, provided the management is listening and has the wherewithal.
Had an amazing time here with my family. Food was yum. Kebab fans should definitely try their Kalmi kebabs. We had Rogan Josh and methi chicken with butter Naan and kulchas. Gravies could’ve been little thicker but overall food was really really good. Hygiene of the place can be improved.Ambience: 3.5/5Service: 3.5/5Food: 4.5/5Value for money: 4.5/5
The biryani was something different. It was very tasty. Dint look like the usual biryani. The kabab was great too. But the service was slow. Taste is good.
Heard so much about sultan’s but my experience was not at all good..very very slow service..waiters are not at all served customer properly..chicken tikka ordered by me was very hard..overall worst experience.
