An interesting way to serve Pani puri. The machine dispenses the pani and we can fill it as per our choice of spice level, sweet, medium or spicy. Will it help eliminate the handling by the vendor? No. The puri and filler is given by the vendor and we fill pani as per our requirement for each of us if the group is big. It’s just easier to customize. The garlic panipuri where they use garlic sauce with the filler is the best. The peri peri pani puri has peri peri powder on top of alu and is not that great. The Italian one has oregano powder and also just about tolerable..Ok for one try. We did not try the chatpata panipuri. The service guys though are bit kill joy as they are not responsive to the customers and many just walk off. Do give it a try if you are at Binnypet Mall.
