Ambience – 3.5/5 Food – 3.5/5 Service – 3.5/5 VFM – 3/5 Parking – NoWent here for lunch with family on a rainy afternoon. The ambience us modern and tastefully done. Service was slow but the waiters were friendly.Began with some hot Pumpkin soup and lemon coriander soup. Then started with a sushi that was beautifully presented. Rice and veggies rolled in a thin rice sheet made for a nice start to the meal. Next up was threaded paneer fried momos. A bit too oily for my liking. The Vietnamese half moon dumplings was was well made and the quantity was quite good. For mains we went with Vietnamese 5 spice curry and basil fried rice. Lived the delicately spiced rice. Tried Che Thai for dessert, which is a lot of fruits typed with coconut jelly and coffee jelly. Overall, a nice place for some u NJ unique do shes and a peaceful ambience.
Prodigious is the word I would like to use for this restaurant. There wasn’t a moment when I didn’t like the food. Me being a hard core non-vegetarian, was always skeptical to try vegetarian South Asian cuisine, but patio805 completely blew my mind.Last week me and three of my vegetarian friends gave it a try and came out completely full and happy.Coming to the food, we kick started with the Japanese tea followed by 4 different kinds of soups, Tom Kha Gai, Vietnamese Bun Nuoc, Laksa soup and Thai Lemongrass Soup which was my absolute favourite, simple clear broth with aromatic lemongrass and ginger, goodness of broccoli and the tangy taste because of kafir lime. Vietnamese Bun Nuoc was my 2nd favourite because of the tangy flavours of tomatoes, with small bites of veggies and rice vermicelli. priyankafoodfuntravel.wordpress.com
