The best dosa till date i have ever had is at taaza thindi. The dosa is so crispy and masala is so flavorful. They serve it with white chutney which perfectly complements it. Moreover it’s way too cheap, you get masala dosa just for 25. The best place for breakfast
Want to experience the authentic south Indian breakfast ??? So hit here which is located at jayanagar. You will definitely find crowd there but worth waiting.You can choose from the simple menu and they will only serve the dish with coconut chutney. I shall recommend the masala dosa karabath and vada as must try dish
I was here for early morning Sunday Breakfast.You will be amazed by the menu and the crowd.It feels great for an experience.Very quick service, loved the dosa, chutney and the idli. The location is good.I tried coffee, which can definitely be much better.Apart from coffee everything was great.Prices are very minimal.For people staying nearby, it’s an awesome place for daily breakfast
If you are looking for some place that serves amazing South Indian breakfast and filter coffee at reasonable prices, you should visit this place. They serve some amazing, lip-smacking dosas at affordable prices. They are really crispy and the chutney is amazing too. The place is very hygenic. It is crowded throughout the day. Their floating idly-vada combo is pretty famous too. I have also tried their Badam milk. They use thick, full-fat milk for their hot beverages. Totally loved this place!
One can never go wrong with choosing this place for a meal. You cannot be disappointed. This is no exaggeration.TT has been a regular spot where my friends and I by hogged at, every Sunday for breakfast.Food is very very economical with very good flavours that will keep you going for more. Some may find the dosa a but too oily but still gotta love it.Options are minimal and seating gets cramped sometimes. It’s always crowded so waiting in line is bound to happen. However service is real quick. Despite these downsides, your taste buds will keep you coming back
If you go to Taaza Thindi on a weekend morning to have breakfast, it will feel like the whole Bangalore has gathered there, to start off their holiday with this eatery. It feels like one of the places you include in your plan before you start the day, as we did in ours.They serve only a few items. But for those few items, the place is extremely crowded. There is a long line of people waiting for their turn to get their food token, but even a longer line waiting for their food. Specially the ones waiting for dosa.Outside, the footpath is covered with people enjoying their food and chatting. Even in such a crowd, everyone was cordial, that might not be a Taaza Thindi thing, but just might be a Bangalore thing.The restaurant looks minimalistic, well organized and clean. All the staff knew exactly what their duties are, which made the whole process very streamlined even with so many people.The prices of the food are surprising. Even roadside eateries charge a lot more than. And then if you compare that with the quality of food, it’s ca no brainer why people are flocking here every morning.I personally tried their idly, vada and kesari bath.Idly – It was above average. You have either the option to go with a runny watery green chutney, in which your idlies will be submerged or a concentrated paste version of the same. I like the concentrated version more. The idlies were soft. (3.75/5)Vada – The crispiest vada I have ever had. The choice of chutney remain the same with idly. Beautiful crunchy outside with soft inside. But the chutney was not complementing the taste of the vada (4.25/5)Kesari Bath – Above average Kesari Bath made with ghee as it’s aroma can be felt. Soft, creamy and very easy to eat. (4/5)This is one of the quintessential Bangalorean establishment that people flock to, to check out what the hype is all about, and I can confirm, for the price, this place is absolutely the best.
