Copper Chimney is a leading contemporary Indian restaurant brand, serving flavors, ingredients and dishes with influences from the Undivided North of India, having its presence even outside India as well. this one is located in Indiranagar and it’s on the main road.Lustrous ambiance with cozy & comfortable seating arrangement, huge floor space with huge seating capacity, there’s a small bar counter with bar stools, There’s also a buffet arrangement section. Food is North Indian cuisine, there’s both buffet and Ala carte option that you can opt for. food menu is really exciting, we absolutely loved the chilli cheese nan and hung yogurt tikki. the Copper Chimney veggie platter was amazing, main course and the desserts were highly satisfying.Classy service , the presentation was excellent and all our orders came on time. foodrestorank.com

Food : 4/5Cost: 3/5Ambience: 5/5Location:5/5Staff: 5/5Service: 5/5Cleanliness: 5/5This place has some amazing north indian dishes.Must try the Kdak Romali which is prepared in handkerchiefs – thin bread roasted on tawa and topped with tomatoes and onions. It has 3 flavors and all are must try. A lot of experience is required in making these in the traditional way and this place has one of the best versions of it.Tawa imili aloo prepared with the inhouse chaat masala and tamarind. This is one saucy and tasty dish. This is one must try. Aachari mushroom is one of the best. It has some spicy flavors that will be best eaten with some rice. Pudina chicken is a tandoor grilled chicken flavored with fresh mint and sprinkled with 15 spice Kebab masala.Tandoori grilled fish tikka is one best fish tikka in this place. It has the flavors of lime juice and has the colour of Kashmiri chilli. The flavoured fish is very delicious and highly recommended. Also must try the grilled pineapples. They are not in menu but if recommended the chef will prepare it for you with great taste.Main Course is something that is truely satisfying with the proper dum biryani served hot. The biryani is cooked and kept in dum to give you the best flavors embedded. The food is great here. Must try their thawa masala with a lot of vegetables combined with stuffed paratha or naan. They have some amazing north indian main course dishes that is very satisfying.Desserts are too sweet and rich. They add a lot of malai in it. The rasamalai is the best. Also try the musafir and Patiala kulfi. The ambience is very pleasing. They have an inside and outdoor seating as well. The service and staff are friendly. Copper Chimney is a popular restaurant that serves mouth watering Indian Delicacies. It was established in 1972 and has outlets all over India. I recently visited the Indiranagar outlet with my friends to try out their new Festive and Drinks Menu. The moment you enter the restaurant you are greeted by warm smiles. The dusky copper theme ambience has a Royal look and it’s welcoming. The seating is spacious and comfortable. They have the spin wheel running till 31st December where you can spin the wheel and win sure complimentary coupons. I won a complimentary dessert coupon and my friend won a free buffet for 2. So be sure to try that out. These coupons can be availed at any copper chimney outlet throughout India from 1st Jan to 31st Jan.We started off with a few mocktails- “Adrak and Melon”, “Imli and Orange Sherbat”, “Mango and Rose Thandai” and “Aam panna” out of which I really enjoyed the adrak and melon and the mango and rose thandai. They were cool and refreshing with notes of adrak and rose respectively. For starters we ordered the chilli cheese naan which was delectable. It was so good that we had to order another. It was warm, cheesy and not too heavy on the chilli. I could taste the flavour of chilli and not hit with just burning spice which was the best part. The roast paneer was flavourful and tasted good too. I just wished that the marinade flavour had penetrated more into the paneer because the centre was a bit bland. In the main course I tried the malai kofta with the assorted bread basket, the malai kofta had a prominent turmeric and saffron flavour. It was smooth and creamy. Tasted nice with the indian flat breads (naan, kulcha and stuffed kulchas) The highlight has to be the Muzzafar though! I loved it so much. It was loaded with pistachios and wasn’t too sweet. The crunch of the fried vermicelli provided a nice contrast in texture to the creamy luscious Muzzafar. The service is top notch. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Copper chimney is one of my favourite go to place. I absolutely love the food, vibes and ambiance ofc!So I recently made my visit to this outlet.I ordered some dishes from the menu, the mutton we really tender, the prawns were having the perfect smoky flavours and that aroma of the biryani. Delicious. Also, they have this new year wheel set up. Spin the wheel and win amazing offers for yourself. The best part is that you can use the gift coupon from 1st Jan to 30th Jan in any outlet all over India. In desserts the Muzzafar is my favourite.

Copper chimney is one of the best places serving North Indian Cuisines. We were here to try out their newly started lunch buffet. I would rate it as the best buffet in the town till now at just ₹500+ taxes..The ambience is just so beautiful with selected intricate interiors and decent lighting. This buffet was very different from all other buffets in terms of quality and presentation. We started with some indian chaats like samosa papdi chaat and mirchi chaat, they were perfect and had the authentic street side taste…The starters were relishing. First there was achari chicken tikka and mutton seekh kebab, perfectly cooked and well marinated. The fish fry was very soft from inside and crisp from outside. Loved the paneer tikka and veg kebab rolls. The mocktails were equally good and refreshing..We tried stuffed mushrooms which was one of the best dishes, marinated with malai makkhan, Delicious to have. The baazar ke choley with stuffed kulcha and Pindi choley took me straight to the streets of Punjab. A must try signature dish at Copper chimney. For non-veg lovers, the best pick is the Grilled burrah chops, mutton chaap with lucious marination. Loved their starters…The maincourse with paneer butter masala, egg curry, Pindi choley, mutton keema, Meloni sabzi (mix veg), Navratan dal, pulao and chicken d Biriyani and butter naan, tawa roti and kulcha was one of the best. The quality of each maincourse was unparalleled. The chicken Biriyani was very authentic and mutton keema was spicy and Delicious..To wrap up we tried some desserts. My favourite pick was Muzaffarpur which was Rasmalai with fried sewaiyan. Everything starting from starters to the desserts were in its perfect place..Try out the best buffet in town only at copper chimney. One will have a great experience with the most cooperative chefs and staffs..

I visited this place on a weekday with some friends to try their special lunch buffet. For a limited time, they are providing a lunch buffet in just 499 plus taxes for weekdays and 699 plus taxes for weekends. I believe this is really a steal deal for this price. The place was pretty much full even on a weekday lunch which shows people are loving the place. Now, here is my perspective about the place.Food (4 out of 5) – Drinks – I tried their Dilli Shikanji drink (not the part of buffet). It was quite refreshing with a blend of chaat masala and mint.Appetisers – Their weekday lunch buffet comprises of 3 veg starters and 3 non veg starters which are served on the table itself. In veg, I got to try hariyali paneer tikka, veg seekh kebab and hara bhara kebab. I loved the chaat section more than the grilled starters though. The chaat section had sev puri chaat, pani puri, chhole tikki chaat, samosa chaat and mirchi bajji chaat. All chaats were super yummy and I loved them. Mirchi Bajji Chaat was something unique which I had never tried anywhere else.Main Course – They had a good variety in Main Course. In veg they had curries like daal, matar paneer, meloni sabzi, pindi chhole along with capsicum pulao and assorted breads. The taste was really good. Meloni Sabzi was something new and I loved the taste of that. Apart from these regular buffet items, I also tried their Bazaar Ke Chhole which is signature dish (Pindi Chhole served with Potato Kulcha). It tasted heavenly. So, if you are going for A-La-Carte, I would definitely recommend trying this.Desserts – In desserts, buffet had chamcham, mango souffle, seviyan kheer, fresh fruits and ice cream. Mango souffle tasted exceptionally good. Also tried their signature Muzaffar dessert (Thick LucknawiRabdi topped with roasted vermicelli) which tasted amazing.Ambience (5 out of 5) – The place has a very pretty ambience. The interiors are really great. The ambience is perfect for any kind of occasion. Service (4.5 out of 5) – The staff was very polite, courteous and welcoming. The overall service was good. Top Most Highlight – Bazaar Ke Chhole
