***** New Place alert*****Trust me this place serves best chapps in the bengaluru which is located opposite Horizon School,Indiranagar. What are chaaps ?Primarily chaaps are made of Soya beans it’s mocked meat which has similar textures of meat but it is 100% VEGETARIAN and protein diet.Ambiance :It’s two floored building with kitchen at the ground floor and dining at the first floor which can easily accommodate max 25 people.Food:Starters: We started with jaljala chaap i must say it was best at it’s taste.then we tried achari mushroom tikka, malai chaap, afghani stuffed chaap, lemon chaap tikka all tasted really good.Maincourse:In the main course we tried bhindi masala, soya chaap fried rice, aloo onion kulcha, tandoori naan, chaap gravyfor me what stood out from all was Soya chaap fried rice and chaap gravy must try at this place Desserts: we had Gulub Jamun and carrot halwa both were extremely goodOverall rating:Food : 5/5Ambiance :4/5Service:5/5!

Punjabi Chaap Corner is a new place in Indiranagar that specialises in serving an array of chaaps. It’s a vegetarian restaurant, a quaint little place tucked away in a by lane. It’s a small place that can seat around 25 people. Recently went there with my friends to try out their chaap delights. We started with the Tandoori paneer tikka burger which was flavourful and tasted good. In the chaaps I really liked the Afghani Chaap, Afghani Stuffed Chaap and Jaljala Chaap. The achari mushroom tikka was delicious. The stand out dish was the Chaap gravy with naan and onion paratha which was very tasty. The Chaap fried rice was very unique and subtle in taste. Bhindi masala was a bit bland. Afghani chaap roll was scrumptious too. We also tried the gajar ka halwa and gulab jamun which were decent. Overall really liked the unique varieties of Chaap at this place and it’s worth a try.

Swaad Jo Dil pe chaap jaaye : Punjabi chaap corner. Had been here over a Saturday night for dinner with couple of friends. A small cozy place. Simple decor and comfortable seating. Had Malai chaap, jaljala chaap, achari chaap, lemon chaap. Bhindi masala and onion parota. Loved the chaap preparation they are made fresh and served hot. I personally liked lemon chaap because of its tangy taste and a hint of ajwain in it. Jaljala chaap I’d another favorite as it’s spicy . Bhindi masala was nice . Dessert i liked gajar halwa. It’s just right . Chaap pulav is nice. Fills you up. Not too heavy on tummy. Mushroom Tikka is good. Fresh and crunchy shrooms used adds to the taste of the dish .

They also have desserts and my personal favorite is gulab jamun.Ambience-4/5 (small place and if more people are there it becomes little stuffy)Food-4.5/5..Service- 4/5.
