Bangalore’s first restaurant where food is served by robots. Once seated we ordered the food using tablet. In soups would recommend spicy corn veg and butter garlic pepper mushroom and in starters would recommend crisp chilly baby corn and Thai pai chicken. In main course we ordered Thai green curry with rice and veg haka noddles. Overall a nice experience.
The concept of the restaurant is simple- You order food with the help of a tab kept on your table and a robot comes with the food you ordered while a waiter serves it for you.The things that let us down were mainly the ambience. The bright white lights ruin the whole set up and the crowd is usually noisy with kids and people celebrating a special day, it feels like you’re inside a market. The washroom was quite dirty. The food was very average for the price they’re charging. It’s obviously a one time visit for the unique theme here because you wouldnt find another reason to come back again.
This place is really unique and a first in Bangalore! Till a few years back we could only imagine robots in sci fi movies but this restaurant houses 5 life sized robots as its staff. They are extremely efficient and stops right at your table. There are even bullet trains on conveyor belts to serve your food. The menu are is also in the form of a tablet. So to brief it up ,this is an exemplary technologically advanced eatery in the silicon valley.Talking about the food, they offer a variety of items starting from Indian, Chinese and Thai.I tried the Thai prawns and it had the perfect Thai cuisine aroma and taste. Kung Pao chicken was also cooked perfectly . Overall, loved the food.The price may seem a little on the higher side at first but when you look at the quantity it won’t feel too high. Order placing process in tab is nice, food can be better in terms of taste it’s just ohk, but big let down while eating, others waiting guest wait inside the restaurant even in between stop thr robots to click pictures while robot were carrying others food , and no one stop them from the management. Guest should wait out side .
It is a new restaurant but the hygiene is not maintained that well. The washroom is really too dirty to be used. Coming to the food. It was good, specially the soup was very good. I think they can still try improving the quality as it has a new concept of robots and will attract lot of customers. Its a nice place to experience it for one time.
