This place is a true gem! Probably one of the best pan-asian restaurants in Bangalore, if not in India! Their Som Tam live making station is a major highlight, and their supreme selection of fresh spring rolls, dimsum and sushi offerings are to die for!
For me dining out isn’t just about eating & existing, it’s about the dining experience. Whenever I visit a restaurant, i want to feel like i’m getting more than a meal and Sriracha is one such place for me.We started with the SOM TAM(also known as raw papaya or mango salad) which is in the list of the 50 most delicious food compiled by #CNNGO.Followed by Fire Glazed Sushi an absolute delight to our eyes. What caught our attention was the Live Khmer BBQ (A traditional dish from Cambodia). Loved both the tofu and mushroom variant.Next was a simple yet delicious dessert mousse made from 70% single origin Sumatra dark chocolate.
Sriracha, Contemporary Pan Asian Restaurant which serves some delicious curated menu by Chefs from various Asian countries. Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia to Singapore, their menu is very well curated medley of traditional and modern style. All the dishes are made of In house and you can definitely get to know the authenticity by the taste!Located in Indiranagar, Decor of this place is kept very simple and casual. Comfortable seating which gives good dining experience. Chef Shiva Kumar and Chef Vikas Seth have curated some beautiful menu for our tasting. We started off with some delicious Som Tam Salad, a Sriracha signature dish which was prepared live, was a different experience all together. Raw Papaya and Raw Mango combined with ingredients such as Lemon juice, Groundnuts, Sesame seeds and much more. This dish was elevated by addition of Chefs special spices and sauces. This was indeed a signature dish! Fresh Spring Rolls, Rice paper filled with Lettuce, Red Chilies,Vegetables, Glass Noodles, Mushrooms and more. These were big morsels, indeed delicious. Pandan Leaf Wrapped Cottage Cheese is one of the must try dish here. Paneer was cooked beautifully, super soft with mild hint of flavours. Dimsums were absolute melt in mouth delicious, my personal favourite was Roasted Pumpkin and Water Chestnut Dumplings. Khmer BBQ Table, A traditional Cambodian way of BBQ where the Live metal grill dome is placed which is surrounded by soup. The Soup is filled with Vegetables of choice and noodles. Metal dome is where the grill is done. This was very interesting and new experience for me. The dish offered was absolutely delicious! Desserts which we tried were Banana Cake with Coconut Ice cream, beautifully presented with Salted Date Caramel, Almond Crisps and Tender Coconut. I loved the Coconut Ice cream. Sumatra Dark Chocolate Mousse, a must try for Chocolate lovers! Served with Coconut cream which balances well with overpowering Chocolate flavour rendering a pleasant experience. Overall I had a very unique experience in terms of Live Khmer BBQ Table which was one of a kind. Great food with courteous staff and beautifully curated menu! A must try restaurant! blog.neethuphotography.com
Ordered celery and garlic rice, wok fried vegetables with black bean sauce, dumplings, Tres leches dessert and a cosmopolitan. The service, ambience and food was top notch. I wasn’t too fond of the dumplings but everything else tasted amazing. Wok fried vegetables were ultimate and spring rolls were perfect!Spacious place with ample seating.
Beautiful place, happening crowd and great food – Sriracha stands for all of these.Must try dishes:Pad thai noodlesBanana cake and coconut icecreamPandan leaf wrapped cottage cheeseWild mushroom purple dumplingsRecommended for vegetarians: yes, ofcourseIn all a lively place on 12th main that serves some great food. The entry is slightly confusing though! Please note: Entry towards backside of Sanchez
Excellent Khowsuey!!! A delectable dish that is an experience. The pumpkin and water chestnut dumplings were underwhelming. Also, the kookaburra mocktail. (might have butchered the spelling) was excellent.
The ambience was good. The place was calm and pleasant. The food was very good.We tried the barbeque style baby corn pepper, the assorted dumplings, spring rolls, steamed spring rolls for starters. For the main course we ordered black bean gravy, wok fried rice, Hakka noodles and thai Red curry with jasmine rice. The nature by nature mocktail was really good. For dessert we tried the honey and sesame cone ice cream.
