idli size was too small

We went around 4pm in the evening. The place was deserted. Seeing the zomato ratings we were very skeptical about the food. But we were proved wrong. The food was delicious.
One of the few places in south bangalore for indian food where you can eat and relax leisurely without being shooed away.This outlet has a service hall and a self serve section. Menu is standard south & north indian food, chat, juices and icecream- your typical multicuisine fare. The food can definitely be improved, but one does develop a taste for some of the items. My personal favourites are the onion uttappam, the idlis and their cold coffee. Staff is friendly.
The place has an old Bengaluru Charm and the food is decent and not that great. Upon this the service is pathetic. The waiters think they own the place. They may not be slow, but have so much attitude.Uddina Vade or Ambode: Could have been more soft and crispierMasala Dosa: Decent. A regular masala dosa. Not worth the price. The only thing I liked was the Butter. It was good
We tried the banana leaf meals here, which was simple but gratifying. And quite fullfilling too considering the price.Service was fast,and fuss free.
An old house serving traditional authentic South Indian vegetarian delicacies – Woody’s Drop by to get a taste as original as any! Decently priced for the pocket, this is a good restaurant for a quick snack or meal. Service is average but that can be ignored for the love of food!
