I ordered mixed sea food fried rice but they delivered chicken fried rice, I called the restaurant to inform them about the wrong order but instead of helping me the concerned person said they don’t have mixed sea food fried rice so instead they sent chicken, I demanded refund because theirs a huge difference in price but they escapes the scenario blaming everything on zomato. I didn’t get any refund from zomato as well I didn’t get my order. Pathetic and disgusting service from both end. As a regular pacheese customer (no longer) very disappointed from them.

Good food, fried rice with chilli chicken combo a must try. special flavours in their food. one of the best chinese serving restaurants in kr puram.
Food 5/5 Ambience 3/5Pacheeze Cafe has always surprised my tastes with different pizza’s, pastas, Nd other variety of foods. Taste and quality of food is great but the ambience could be better taken care of. Would really increase customers with some renovation of the place
Horrible food. Found a cockroach alive in my food once. Fries were horribly salty and old. They sent the lemonade in a food box and there was dust particles floating on top of it. I asked for coke and ended up with the lemonade. But mostly the cockroach and the disgusting fries put me off.
