Hoai ice cafe is a small eatery located right behind the Malleshwaram 9th cross bus stop mostly known for their sandwiches and ice creams. It was opened almost 7-8 years ago and is now a favorites for localites for their fresh coffee:) I have been visiting hoai since then and is one of my favorite places to hangout with friends/cousins:)Ambiance:-Nothing fancy. Indoor seating available but I’d prefer sitting outside to enjoy the gentle wind especially in the evening/night:)-Gets a little crowded in the eveningService:-Self service: pay upfront and get your order.-Usually takes ~5 minutes to get what you ordered.Food:-Alu mutter sandwich: Filled and grilled with good amount of potatoes, green chillies and perfectly boiled peas with some chilli powder, it can easily fill a stomach and please the taste buds. This is my personal favorite here:)-Kachori chat: Kachori is broken into pieces and then mixed with some green chutney, onions and sauce. I never miss eating this when @hoai:)-Samosa chat and aloo tikki served here are average.-All the icecreams that we have tried here are top notch; especially gudbud, chocolate and butterscotch flavor:) Same goes with juice and milkshakes here.-Butterfruit milkshake: This is the reason I constantly visit this place. It’s thick and blissful:)Conclusion:-Worth multiple visits for their consistency in serving excellent sandwiches and milkshakes:)-Pocket friendly.Food: 4.5/5Service: 4.5/5Ambiance: 3.5/5QFM: 4.5/5
