Gelato Italiano is one of the favorite ice-creams. They have unique flavors. I keep visiting to try them all. I remember having the bubblegum flavor, expected it to be bad. But turned out to be my favorite.
Gelato Italiano has some unique flavours of ice creams. The most fast moving seems to be the fruit and nut overloaded flavour. Worth trying once.
Tasted the New York cheesecake but for me I could not taste any cheesecake in it. It was just sourness added to enhance and depict a cheesecake style. If you have had a New York cheesecake at coldstone, this tasted like plain vanilla icecream with a tinge of sourness.We just took a regular chocolate brownie icecream for a toddler and it was o.k, nothing gr8 abt it.The server really needs to be more friendly and approachable. He just looked very miffed for us just being there. We only tasted one and purchased the other, so we know, we were not the annoying customers, who taste 10 times n never buy or buy just one.
One of my favorites is gelato. I have been here twice and had bad gelato. This time it is vanilla with choco chips. It’s diluted and my kid had it and fell sick. I have had gelato from various outlets and enjoyed it. There is something wrong with this outlet in ITPL!
The price listed on the menu is what we pay. After placing the order and waiting an hour, they called me up to say that the price listed is wrong and I need to pay ₹100 more. When I denied, which is obvious from a customer’s point of view, they cancelled the order. I didn’t receive the order, I didn’t cancel the order but I do have an overdue bill now.An open question to the viewers, is it fair!? Am I supposed to pay!?
