Worst staff. Food is good but the staff and cashier are very rude and a**h***s. Will never again go to this hotel. They need to learn to be polite and serve customers. No manners.
I ordered a simple meal of daal fry and chapatis here. The daal was good. No complaints there. But the chapatis were totally not what I would’ve expected. It was the half-cooked kind available at department stores, which just needs to be heated for a minute on a pan. I was hoping for some fresh ones. And they didn’t even cook them properly!Finally, when it was time to pay the bill, their card machine wasn’t working and they don’t accept Paytm, so I had to pay in cash. Not a good experience.
Ordered 2 North Indian meals. what we got was a bland tasteless kurma( south indian) , oily red/orange lost in transit rasam/some concoction and dal with thick as mattresses rotis and a bowl of dal. Horrible food , we literally gave it away because i dont like to throw food. The worst choice i made on Zomato. The food was absolutely un appealing , in both taste and flavor.
Very unfriendly attitude, manager agreed to a particular order and gave some other order. Owner rude as well as have no manner to speak to their customer.
Sri Sagar is an average hotelFood Taste – 5/10Quantity of food offered – 6/10Ambience – 3/10(Mostly crowded, to air conditioner and lack of ventilation can some times make you suffocating)Freshness of food- 8/10Cooking time – 4/10(Need to wait at least 15 minutes )Parking facility – Yes – Only 2 wheeler (Limited parking space is very limited – If its full then wait for your turn.. unless someone finishes their dine and walks out with their bike key)
