Red Rhino is one of my favorite hangout places in Bangalore. The ambience is so lovely. Whenever I think of this place I can’t help but imagine myself sitting on the rooftop watching the sunset and sipping on some amazing beer that they brew. Can’t wait to visit again.Food : We tried Angara paneer kebab, Sher-e-Chicken kebab and Dahi ke kebab and absolutely loved all the three, especially chicken and dahi k kebab.Tried margherita pizza and it was amazing.Drinks : I ordered Sour 54 cocktail from their Studio 54 special menu. Shefali, who is the head mixologist here can also customize the drinks according to your taste palate.Also tried the beer samples and loved the Soul Surfer. The seasonal beers were also great, which they keep changing every month.

They also have a rooftop seating which offers a better ambience (when it doesn’t rain :P) but sadly we had to sit inside.It’s a microbrewery with a range of beers as per your taste.For appetizers we ordered lemon battered fish which was well cooked and fresh. Nachos were a major disappointment, they were soggy. Calamari rings were good but portion size could have been bigger. And we tried amazing barbeque chicken pizza for mains. For desserts we ordered churros which were the best dish of the meal. Hot and crispy, served with chocolate dip. There was good music and a small dance floor. They also serve hookah in outdoor sitting. All in all it was a great experience.Ambience – 4.5Food – 3.5Value for money – 4/5

All foods tasted good. Service was quick. Ambience is like a pub. They got live music. It was Saturday night. Hence after 11 they cleared few tables and made some way for the dance floor. Post live music they played Bollywood songs for the dance. You see both families and young crowd here.
A good place (have their own brewery ) to hang out with friends n family in Whitefield. They have both indoor n outdoor seating plus an open terrace to enjoy your drink n grub under the starry sky.Decor was nice n the live music (on weekends) adds to the charm of the place.Coming to food n drinks: we ordered Orange n basil spritz, Summer sling- mango n coconut based drink, Soul surfer-wheat beer. All were good. Would recommend Summer sling for sure.Food : Barbeque Chicken Wings, Spring rolls,Wood fried Pizza Verde, Penne Arrabiata with grilled vegetables n Land sliders (multigrain burger) . The portion size of the dishes was decent, taste wise- chicken dish was delicious,would recommend. Others were too satisfactory.In the end they gave complimentary big pastry since we went to celebrate a birthday.All in all a good experience , though price wise might pinch u a bit. bytetrails.com
Red Rhino is among my top go to breweries. They have a wonderful IPA and their Freedom Fuel special NEIPA was just amazing.Coupled with some good starters, this place is a definite go toVery friendly staff and a nice spread out seating across 2 floors
Red Rhino at the time of writing is still new kid on the block; and going by the crowd on Saturday night already very very popular. It’s a large place with a pleasant spacious decor and terrace outside and another on the top. It’s quite a nice ambience really.However it’s location is just next to the very crowded main road and given that it’s on top a indeterminate sort of a shopping complex don’t really add to it’s location and view from it.Coming to the cocktails and food. They weren’t anything to talk about. The menu is quite standard without any special mentions in terms of food and even the preparation was just about so so. It wasn’t bad; but it was hardly good. The food came to table not particularly warm and neither the taste or texture of the mixed non veg platter made an impression.The margarita cocktails seemed to too much sugar syrup (Who puts sugar syrup in it) and the peach sangria though better were far too acidic.The craft IPA in comparison wasn’t too bad; but the other breweries have done a significantly better job of the IPA. It was light and a little more bitter than I would recommend an IPA to ideally be.Service was friendly but very very confused. With waiters tripping over each other, lost. Lack of coordination between managers and waiters and general air if uncertainty in any request getting processed.All in all; the place is clearly a rocking success; but the food and drinks still need to go a long way and they need to manage their crowds.Update: the 0lace has come a long way and the beers are definetly quite moved up a couple of notches. One of the better beer places now !!
