Food not upto mark. Was not satisfied with the taste
The place is filled with people who lack even basic training in etiquette and enriching customer service. To top it, the food is just average. The starters are left cold and they don’t seem to serve food hot in a buffet. The food is loaded with Dalda. Something worth giving a miss for sure!
We stayed in the airavath hotel and had our food here. They deliver to the rooms too. First and foremost – food is very tasty and sumptuous. We tasted practically all dishes there. Dhal, paneer, saag, rotis, pulav, manchurian, soups, fried rice and noodles. Enjoyed the lot. I had a issue with the staff pestering me to pay the bill. What I did not like was their pestering my 90 year old father for the money. I was unfortunately not there and had been assured that I could settle the bill later. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and had at least one if not twomeals there. This upset me a lot and I ensured that I paid all bills before delivery to the room. I found a paid off bill at the reception during checkout and had to assure the staff that it was all paid. A bit of a pain. Recalling all this I reduced the rating by one again.
One of the Finest Hotels in Mysore Road, Bangalore. I really satisfied with their services. I would like to recommend this Hotel to everyone.
This place has best north indian food so far! ❤️ We ordered Dal tadka, Veg Tawa and Assorted breads along with Hot and Sour soup and Hara bhara kabab. We couldn’t have asked for more. The ambience indeed gave us the royal guests’ feeling and had the quality service. To fulfil the desserts cravings, we all ordered Gulab Jamun which were served hot! This place had the best Gulab Jamun so far! Over all, this place is highly recommended!
