i ordered vadas on zomato to be delivered to my house with is just 1km away from the restaurant. i had also mentioned in the special instructions that i need the vadas to be fresh and hot. but still the restaurant sent super cold, oily and stale smelling vadas. Horrible experience. These guys don’t care about the customer’s health and safety specially when it comes to take away food.
