Worst to place to order, cancelled the order after waiting for 40 mins, still showing preparing, but zomato saying no boys to deliver hence bot cancelled the order but bot took the money and agree to serve me at stipulated time frame, after 40mins tried calling the restaurant incoming call to this number is bared, then tried to each zomato they saying pure lie that no one available bot cancelled the order was rejected, and customer support is poor, any way i have filed a consumer court complaint against the hotel & zomato to remove ISO certificates if it was certified, i have enough points to take zomato down as the infrastructure is not fit to deliver the what promised and employed unskilled works to assist and address the queries. Let see what happens !!!
